Nancy has always loved fashion. Growing up in New York with a father in the garment business was the beginning of this adoration. Nancy learned at an early age the joy and fun that “dressing” can bring. As a child, she devoured various catalogues; as a teen, it was Seventeen magazine, and now Nancy can be heard proudly proclaiming that since the age of nineteen, she has never missed an issue of Vogue.
Nancy worked in the jewelry industry in New York City for over ten years before she and her husband, Rob, started their family and then relocated to Cary in 1995.
Always an appreciator of a bargain and of well made and innovative clothing (not to mention the fan of more than a few high end designers), Nancy had a dream to open wonderful glamorous boutiques featuring high end designer resale and this is how ADORE was born.
Nancy via ADORE has also been involved in various non-profit and charity fashion events in the triangle area. This year she was honored to be asked to be a juror for fashionSPARK and NCStates’s Cotton Couture runway show.
